General Policy Updates
By booking a session or workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email and on the website.

Communication Expectations
Cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests (workshops only) must be made via email to info@adriennedalalyconsulting.com. Requests made outside of business hours will be processed the next business day, honoring the timestamp of when the email was sent.

Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation of your session without refund.

Refund Policy
Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued for readings or coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy
0–12 hours before the scheduled start time: No refund.
13–24 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% refund.
25+ hours before the scheduled start time: 100% refund.
Clients must notify me of cancellations via email at info@adriennedalalyconsulting.com. Cancellations made outside of business hours (8A to 8P PST) will be processed the next business day.

Rescheduling Policy
13+ hours before the scheduled start time: No rescheduling fee.
0–12 hours before the scheduled start time: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost will apply. This fee must be paid prior to the rescheduled session.

Late Arrival or No Show Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and cancelled without a refund.
If your session is cancelled due to a no-show, you may rebook at 50% of the session cost within 48 hours. After 48 hours, rebooking will require payment at the full rate.
If you arrive between 0 and 15 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor subsequent appointments.

Workshop Cancellations & Refunds
90+ days before the workshop start date: 90% refund (10% retained for transaction and processing fees).
45–89 days before the workshop start date: 50% refund.
0–44 days before the workshop start date: No refund.

Workshop Credit Policy
For cancellations made 0–44 days before the workshop start date, you may be eligible to transfer up to 50% of your registration fee as a credit toward future Skulltistics events or services. To discuss eligibility, please email info@adriennedalalyconsulting.com.

Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Emergency Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact me via email as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
