Here’s what every session looks like:
Opening
We start together. Grounding, a productivity or astrological prompt to focus your thinking, and a thread to carry into the work ahead. Low-key, not a lecture.
Co-Work
This is the time. Cameras on or off, muted or not — you work on whatever you need to work on. Business strategy, client proposals, journaling, admin, planning, writing. Anything that keeps getting pushed to next week. No performing. No hot seats. Just focused, parallel work in a room that makes it easier to stay in your seat.
Accountability
We close together. Name what you did, what you're taking with you, what's next. That's it.

Session recording — if you need the tool from a session you missed or want to revisit it, it's there

No hot seats. Everyone works. No one gets put on the spot.

Low-pressure curriculum. Each session has a loose theme following the season and a business concept woven in — but you're never required to follow it. Come with your own agenda and work that instead.
